Jessica York
Jessica has had a love of horses for as long as she can remember, and has been riding steadily since the age of 6. At age 14, Jessica acquired a talented 4-year-old Dutch Warmblood, Paris Consul. She trained her horse through the levels up to intermediate, winning numerous provincial and national championships, including the BC Summer Games, and BC and Alberta Provincial Championships. Jessica continues to ride and train horses with some of the best instructors and clinicians in the world. She recently spent one month in The Netherlands at the farm of Olympic Team coach Bert Rutten, learning and riding. She is currently training a 6-year-old Dressage prospect, Ricochet, at Blue Heron Farms in Ladner.

Alyssa Bigiolli
Alyssa started riding when she was 12 years old and quickly fell in love with horses. Alyssa completed her Equine Canada Instructor certification and CanTRA Basic Instructor certification. Before joining Pacific Banner Stables, Alyssa was the Program Manager at the Richmond Therapeutic Riding after Association is experienced in teaching riders of all abilities and training horses for Therapeutic Riding. Alyssa enjoys teaching riding and horsemanship to riders of all levels and ages and is excited to be teaching at Pacific Banner Stables.

Ariel started riding in Nova Scotia at the age of seven and progressed to owning her horse and competing extensively in the Eventing and Jumper disciplines. Growing up training with Susan Fraser, Ariel completed her B2 level in Pony Club. She became an Equestrian Canada Certified Instructor while finishing her Bachelor of Management Degree at Dalhousie University and riding for the Dalhousie Equestrian Team. Ariel specializes in Eventing and the Hunter/Jumper discipline. Ariel now coaches riders of all levels in Downtown Vancouver’s corporate world. Ariel loves horses and people, and in her 23 years of equestrian experience, her favourite part is seeing her students succeed.
