Born and raised in Richmond, BC, Canada, Janelle started learning to ride in 2007 and with a lot of hard work training under a variety of coaches. She started teaching at Maynard Pony Meadows in August 2013 and became Equine Canada certified competition coach in April 2014. She is now the school manager of Pacific Banner Riding Club.
Catherine has been riding, training and competing horses for over 20 years. She has been an Instructor at Pacific Banner for the past 2 years. Catherine also works under the guidance of Marcie Doyle as an assistant trainer and groom. Having taken part in different equestrian disciplines in the past, Catherine now specializes in Dressage and enjoys helping her students to achieve their various riding goals whilst enjoying their time with the horses.
Alyssa started riding when she was 12 years old and quickly fell in love with horses.After many years of riding, Alyssa completed her Equine Canada Instructor certification and CanTRA Basic Instructor certification. Alyssa is the Program Manager at the Richmond Therapeutic Riding Association and is experienced in teaching riders of all abilities and training horses for Therapeutic Riding.
Ariel started riding in Nova Scotia at the age of seven and progressed to owning her own horse and competing extensively in the Eventing and Jumper disciplines. She became an Equestrian Canada Certified Instructor while completing her Bachelor of Management Degree at Dalhousie University and riding for the Dalhousie Equestrian Team.
Alora de la Court started her riding career at the age of 8.She has years of experience teaching both stable management and mounted lessons through Pony Club, is pursuing Instructor of Beginners certification through Equine Canada, and approaches her teaching from a broad background in building strong horsemanship.
